Once we receive your inquiry we will schedule a phone or in person consult to discuss your needs. We will discuss your initial ideas and space requirements.
After the initial consult we will obtain inspiration images or design specs from you for your custom furniture piece.
Using the dimensions we then develop an elevation of your furniture piece to get the exact details correct!
We will review the elevation and details of your furniture piece prior to getting approval and a deposit for your project.
This is where the magic happens! As I am creating your piece I'll send picture updates so you can feel like your right here in the shop.
Now that your piece has been built, it's time to put the finishing touches on it. This can be any paint or stain finish.
Your furniture piece can be delivered or picked up! Notify us earlier in the process to coordinate delivery.

Stout + Tailored can obtain any type of wood selection you could possibly want. We do recommend certain wood species for projects that will be painted versus stained. We would be happy to help you decide if you are unsure what type of wood species you would like to use.
We offer a variety of finishes including stains, paints, and clear coats to protect and enhance the beauty of the wood.
We love working with clients to make their custom furniture exactly as they would like. We ask for the client to be involved in the design process. Additionally, we actively share pictures of projects on social media allowing clients to be actively involved in the process of the build.
Since each piece is custom-made, we do not offer refunds or returns. However, we will work with you to make any necessary adjustments to ensure your satisfaction.

We wanted to rebrand the company under a new name and logo that highlighted the growth we’ve had as a company and also our goals for the future.
